The holding deposit is not an additional fee and will be deducted from the first month’s rent on successful tenancy application. Please note the holding deposit is non-refundable should you withdraw from proceeding with the tenancy once references have started or should you fail satisfactory referencing checks provided by our 3rd party partners. In the event a landlord changes their mind or decides not to proceed with the tenancy before the outcome of referencing, then all fees paid will be refunded. A payment of holding deposit does not form the basis of a tenancy. A tenancy will only be offered once satisfactory references have been obtained and all parties have agreed to the terms of the tenancy.
